I do believe Mr. Hester should be in the hall of fame, but I think there are some other guys that should go in before Devin. Brian Mitchell, Eric Metcalf, Rick Upchurch, Billy White Shoes Johnson to name a few. They all set records returning punts and kickoffs. When will that happens WHO KNOW!!!
