Rider fees......

Track upkeep and development and keeping the shuttle road running is important. Let's assume that volunteer labour is for the love of it. Boomers has had the best turn outs that I've experienced. The landowner looks at the use of his land as a commercial venture, therefor the club has to as well - simple as that. Hiring of excavators, bobcats etc costs money. Riders will pay, they pay for everything else and the keeping the club strong and financed will be best for down hill in the long run anyway. It's not a cheap sport, it's expected that riding private tracks will cost something. Let the club build up it's coffers so it can be the best club around and make sure it is around for the long haul!
