Coldplay are the best performers out of these three but I don't think they're Super Bowl material. I really love them though. Both Rihanna and Katy are not the most amazing performers but my answer would be Rihanna. She improved herself so much over the years and she is shaping up to be a good performer. She sing ballads like Stay and Diamonds almost the same as the studio versions. She handles the up-tempo songs better than Katy does too. Dancing is not their strongest skill when you compare them to Beyoncé or Shakira, but I do think Rihanna dances great when she works hard on a choreography. I've been to both Diamonds World Tour and Prismatic World Tour and enjoyed them both but Katy's show seemed so childish while Rihanna's was more fearless and fierce, thats why I think she's more suitable for the Super Bowl. I don't know, like, she had a good stage presence. They both have many hit songs so that's not gonna be a problem but personally I'd enjoy more listening to Umbrella, Don't Stop the Music, We Found Love, Only Girl and Diamonds at halftime just because I feel like they are timeless hits. And believe me, they sound so good in a stadium. And if Rihanna performs there will definitely be cameos from people like JayZ, Kanye, Eminem etc. That makes the show exciting. Plus Rihanna is more of a global superstar and a brand now, and Super Bowl is an American thing, so she could universalise Super Bowl. (And Rihanna is the only artist that Coldplay EVER collaborated so... I guess you got the point lol.)

I think a performance of her would improve her title, people see her as a bad role model now because the media makes her look like one.. But she can prove she isn't. I love her voice, her accent, her clothing style and dance moves, she definitely is the best entertainer of this generation and even without a new album for 2 years she still was in the news every day. Like wow! You don't see people doing that like every day.
