To be fair more and more black celebs are speaking about Ferguson, just not the ones people want. I just wonder if any of the contemporary white celebs are going to speak out about this like they do other issues. So far, the only white celebs I hear talking about Ferguson are comedians who specialize in satire like Colbert or Stewart.

Like Rod I'm more mad at the Democrats than I am at any celebs, I expect politicians to step in on this kinda shit and have a stance. Celebrities do not pass laws so I don't have high expectations of them. It would be nice if more spoke up, but at the end of the day I need our leaders to lead.
I feel like the right or expected people are there or spoke out about the situation. Just glad none of them crunk boys came down to incite and instigate the riots further with their fight music.

Just because you can act, rap, sing, run real fast, or catch a ball, doesn't mean I want to hear your opinion on social issues. See Urban Poet Nelly for reference. The dude who once swiped a credit card through a girl's ass in a music video is NOT who I'm looking to for commentary on important issues facing the black community.
