Look at what happened at the North Hollywood Bank robbery on Feb. 28 1997. The thieves had fully automatic military rifles and were covered in armor. Their rounds were armor pericing grade. They shot off more than 3000 rounds and had the police out gunned . In todays times of terrorism and increasing violence I want the Police to have all they need to get the job done .
