I think it is okay to lose your job no matter what the crime . I don't know about other people but I find it very easy not to commit crimes. If you have a job that will fire you if you smoke weed then you shouldn't smoke weed if you want to keep that job.
I think it matters what the crime is. Like, I don't think that you should lose your job for smoking weed. But if you, I don't know, harm another person like upper cutting your wife or beating your kid with a switch then yes you should lose your fucking job.
