Your kid asks you, at age 5, looking for reassurance (as in, Grandma's not really dead), whether there is a God and a Heaven. What are you likely to say?

Well, I believe there is a conventional God and Heaven, so there is no problem in answering truthfully.

I am unsure whether there is a God and Heaven, but I wouldn't tell my child that. I'd say what he needs to hear to be reassured. There is plenty of time for adjustment as he gets older.

I don't think there is a God and Heaven, and I would tell that to my child in as unthreatening manner as possible.
