I am happy that the prime minister has given assurance that he will change the law in the interest of people so that more and more investment can be made in India. In our constitution only schedule IX cannot be reviewed by judiciary. The question was rightly asked by the investor's regarding uncertainty because of some absurdity of Judiciary. By having amendment brought in schedule IX of the Constitution the problem can be sorted out. As far as tax is concerned we always say Ill literate ( Judges not knowing Tax law) Judges passing an order and is binding on us. They them self do not understand tax law and they deliver Judgement. It is a mockery of judiciary. I congratulate our P.M for having vision. We require labour law also to be amended. Thanks on behalf of people of India for making us proud.

Finally, we got a sharp, smart, bold and hardworking politician after Lal Bahadur Shastri and Atal Behari Bajpayee.
It's very encouraging to see that India 's PM has taken this initiative. It means a lot. It means that he probably has the vision to structure a modern India with global approach and understanding. It's the first time in Indian history that we are seeing the political leader discussing with corporate giants in a forum to present India as a landscape for future growth. By inviting the successful people to India, we hope PM is taking care of all logistics, particular our infrastructure needs which are very disappointing as compared to the rest of the world. I travel and work globally, I witness each day that Indians are doing very well individually. We would have done much much better, had we got a right vision and support from our government. I hope with Modi we will certainly witness some good change and growth in India. We are ready to go extra mile if required at any time. We need to see results under his leadership now.
