Amanda Lowery (Ridgewood volleyball) - Lowery had 38 kills and 30 blocks in leading the Generals to a perfect 5-0 record last week.
Jensen Hocter (River View girls soccer) - Scored the team's only goal in their only game last week, helping the Lady Bears defeat Dover 1-0.
Heather Maxwell (River View girls soccer) - Maxwell had six saves in the team's 1-0 win over Dover on September 30.
