I am transgender and I believe that as long as I am wearing a shirt that covers my crotch all is good. Leggings are the most comfy pants ever.:).
They are pants because they have legs. Is it acceptable to wear clothes that are see through enough that I can see the crack of your butt? No. Why bother wearing anything ? If nudity was acceptable no one would wear clothes. Unless they lived in the frigid northland
When I was a kid (close to 25 years ago) I wore leggings all the time, we called them stretch pants. They are pants!
