Ball to hand, hand to ball, doesn't matter. If one side gains an advantage, possession or deprives the opponent of an opportunity because of a hand ball - accidental or not - you have to call it. Consistently.

It was not a deliberate attempt to handle the ball. However as soon as he attacked the ball to kick it away from the apposing team it gave him an advantage due to his touch on the ball.

It was clearly a hand ball. I would assume the ref would have played advantage, but there was no advantage. Good call.

It's the right call been a ref for 10 years and you have to call it because it gave Vancouver an advantage abd in top of that if he doesn't hit it with his arm it goes straight to a Dallas player so it gave Dallas a disadvantage. Tough call but it has to be made
