Looks like Middlebrooks will not get the chance for strike three. He got strike one in 2013 and strike 2 in 2014. Redsox are not a small market team and can't sit tight. Too bad because it will be sickening if he gets traded and starts hitting 30+ homers for the next 5-10 years elsewhere.
