How should standardized test questions be field-tested?

Make schools’ participation mandatory. All treated the same.

Make Pearson, the test-making company, pay districts to participate.

Offer kids money, and have them take the tests on weekends.

No more tests, field or otherwise. Period.

Let skilled knowledgable teachers create the state tests and you wouldn't need field tests
