When a person can follow a dress code to earn(as lawyer) , then why can't that person follow a dress code to learn. A law college should ideally be a reflection of judicial environment. One goes for training to practice in judiciary to these colleges. Its hard to believe that these would be lawyers are resisting what the courts scorn at. There is no harm in learning and practicing in college what one has opted for as a profession. Every professional courses has their own dress code. Medical students don't crib while wearing an apron and stethoscope in college. Intact they wear it with pride as future doctors. Then ,why future lawyers should feel ashamed to wear an attire as prescribed by the Bar Council of India?
