Developed nations [unlike the USA] consider health care a human right, and all humans are valued equally. Ask friends who have travelled.

It's the point of the Affordable Care Act! If people try to "make do" until they are too ill/badly damaged and then go to the emergency room it is more serious and costs more, the taxpayers spend more {who supports emergency rooms?] and/or hospitals go broke! AND if it is a contageous disease the public is at risk.

No! If we want to give them an incentive to join a program for a "path to citizenship" beginning with registering with our government and getting a job that they can claim on an income tax form, then they will no longer be illegal, correct? Then let them apply for Medicaid under the same rules as every other working person with a green card or citizen.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no! My 26 year old has 2 jobs and needs an inhaler. She "doesnt qualify" because my husband works full time and, because of my health, i can only work 12 hours a week! I guess that makes us rich! She's been working since she was 18 and con not find a job with benefits. So i guess working 2 jobs and living home and not on section 8 and being an American born, law abiding citizen means nothing in this country anymore!
