The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again for over 50 years and expecting a different result the next time. That is what we've been doing in Cuba. If you want them to react differently you have to use a different prod. Let's let them get addicted to our commerce, trade and our money and only then will we have any power over them. What we have been doing hasn't changed a damned thing in Cuba so let's try this and see what happens.
