For me and most of my friends we would reverse The Flash and Arrow: #1 Flash, #2 Arrow, #3 agents of shield, and #4 gotham. The Flash has been redefining superhero television and what is possible on a TV budget. Combine that with it's unabashedly being a superhero show (as opposed to sorta, kinda, maybe being one) and you have the winner. The writing, acting, and production values have all be A+, movie quality.
Then there's the ratings. Shield is down 30.45% from last year (http://tvseriesfinale.com/tv-show/abc-2014-15-season-ratings-33937/). Gotham is a solid third on FOX. Constantine isn't doing well. The Flash is #1 on CW with Arrow #2 but by a wide margin. It's also pulling in almost full Network numbers and is the highest rated show in their history (http://tvseriesfinale.com/tv-show/cw-2014-15-season-ratings-34237/).
I'm giving it to The Flash by a wide margin.
