Normally I'd say yes, it's all right for a government to force a minor to undergo chemotherapy if the minors' parents are refusing it for religious purposes (secular laws superseding religious practices, in such cases), but we're dealing with a young woman on the cusp of legal adulthood, so we're into a legal grey area where we need to tread carefully.
