If even though she is 17, with parent consent she can join the military providing she has graduated from high school. Let that sink in a bit.

In a year she's gonna be old enough to make a career choice in college. In a year she's gonna be able to make the choice to join the military and fight for our freedoms. But she's not going to be allowed to make a decision on whether or not she's going to have chemo or not. I hope we just aren't hearing the whole story here...this just doesn't make any sense to me.

If she has parental consent for this decision I don't get how the court can dictate her life like that. She may not be mature enough in their eyes but her mother is and her mother is ok with the decision her daughter has made!

Or if she becomes pregnant her status changes to an adult whom cant recieve chemo to ensure a healthy fetus. Whats politicians gonna do then force her to abort?

Let this ponder. So if she was to go out and commit murder, even thou she is under 18, they will more than likely charge her as an adult?! Am i right? That being said, shes not mature enough to make her own decision. Hmmmmm
