I do not see the NCA signing will take place as long as the militar is still trying to dismember the ethnic armed organizations through military means.
So long as the USDP-Military regime continues to refuse or come to terms with accommodating the ethnic nationalities right of self-determination, equality and democracy anchored in the mould of genuine federal union, the ethnic conflict will go on and the NCA signing will not happen. It is as simple as that.
