Have you ever had your name mangled?

Yes - but it's usually misspelled, not mispronounced.

Sometimes - and it seems crazy, because my name isn't THAT tough to say/spell.

Maybe once in a while.

Nope - this doesn't happen to me, and my name is very unusual.

Sometimes - but my name is a little tricky, so I get it.

Constantly! Misspelled, mispronounced - you name it!

Nope - this doesn't happen to me, because my name is so ordinary.
