The State is running a $2.1Billion deficit and now we are going to give raises to people already earning over 100k. Way to go Connecticut, keep electing these tax and spend democrats until they take all our money and redistribute it to state employees. We give raises to people who lose money?????? If this were a private Business they would all be fired for incompetence.
