Like Ashley, I take "me time" as needed. I have some mental health issues especially around mothering so I make sure that I am on track and feeling good whenever I need it. I can't be a good mom without it.

I should have included everyday!
I take me time when I need it. If I'm not happy, I can't be a good parent. I take baths, read in my room, paint my nails, exercise, WHATEVER - just for me, Wvery day.
