Of course it's Venus, it's filmed to the west at dusk where Venus is exactly at the moment from Scotland. It;s the brightest object in the sky and clearly seen well before dark. If it wasn't then you should see Venus and the "UFO"....I only see one bright object in the sky! Of course it's moving, it sets like the Sun does, clearly exaggerated by the camera zoom. I expect the witness has now noticed that it was back again the next clear evening at the same spot! I'm actually a firm believe of UFOs which is why it's even more important to weed out the rubbish such as.

The planet venus moves around in the sky?? .. Why is venus EVEN an option??

I with 3friends all watched 3such sights two years ago on Xmas eve they came across one at a time,hovered for at least each one minute each on same spot then all took a left turn and zoomed away and you could still see each one for a few miles
Did report it but never heard any more.
