Anybody who thinks that this will be some panacea for the allegedly underfunded governments probably believes that the casinos and lottery are 'for the children' and education. Taxes to government are like cocaine--the more you give them, the more they want, and the more they waste. I am convinced that people who make this a 'no brainer' just haven't thought things through, and considered the drawbacks to legalizing gambling nationwide.
