    Hi Baz, Contrary to my original illegal vote on instagram which was Belly Dance classes (which I still believe would be most beneficial ) and given your blurb on here I think yoga best fits the bill. Stayed up until the middle of the night to get good enough internet to check out your webpage and cast my vote. Great stuff Baz really impressed!
