Whole Foods or "Whole Paycheck" and Trader Joe's will never locate a store in downtown Buffalo as the demographics could never support these type of stores. You should be looking at Walmart Super Store that sells groceries which is Walmart's new concept going into a redevelopment area such as downtown Buffalo. The risk is too great for the stores on your list including Wegmans.
