Why not Govt seize the land of Factories which are closed for more than 10 years.Infrastructure and labour force easily available there.It has been seen that lot of Factory Owners have converted the land into Residential Complex.

Provisions of the bill need to be explained ,and all positive practicable comments/suggestions must be incorporated.Development needs land, but agriculture land be kept away from land acquisition afap.
