Did this Sports Illustrated cover cross the line of what’s appropriate?

For all the people that think this is appropriate for children to see in plain view they must not have children or aren't intelligent enough to know this is harmful. Young girls will be confused as to why this is okay and young boys will sadly grow up thinking this is what girls do for them. I suspect that one day when this model has children if her own she will understand. And shame on the people in power that promote and allow this to happen all for the sake of making money.

Look... this is suppose to be a sports magazine. I guess this is the swimsuit issue but still, it's a sports magazine! If this was on a different kind of mag then fine, but it's not. There are a lot of reasonably young readers out there. Let's remember that & keep things within good taste shall we. They can have a sexy cover and not go quite this far. There are really coming very close to soft porn for pete sakes!

My 9 year old son reads this magazine.. and he loves Hockey. He gets excited when he sees a Hockey players or any other athletes on the front cover because it catches his attention. But this half naked woman..and I'm not jealous because of her body by the way.. is almost showing her private. No respect at all for the young readers. I know it's a man thing..men love these pictures. But what about our children. Do you want them to think it's ok to almost show your waxed privates in front of covers?? As a mother i didnt like this at all. I had to explain to my son that it's all about some men who like this kind of stuff. He asks.."why?"..and he's 9 yrs old.. so now thanks for that magazine I guess we can't protect our children from such photos.i have to start explaining why women or men do these kinds of photos...so yes. .too graphic for young readers. So way to go Toronto parent... we need more parents like you. !!!

It's not a big deal people are mad cause these people who have the bodies for this are showing it off, now if it was a guy in that photo who was topless and shorts pulled down a bit as the same in this pic there would be no problem. Get a grip people it's a magazine not like the person is walking around in front of your kid like this. What are you people going to do when you bring your kid(s) to the beach when people are doing the same thing as in the cover?

this magazine should be covered/ wrapped . Completely inappropriate for children to see. It creates a poisoned work environment for loblaws workers. This should not be sold in family environments.

Seriously? That suit is pulled down so low that there's probably only a mm covering the top of her hoo-hoo. If she wasn't waxed, she'd be showing off most of her pubic hair. This is too much for a front-of-the-rack magazine.

people need to lighten up and stop making issues of every little situation that offends one personally.
