BSB aren't dead. They're working on another album as we speak. So much they appreciate their fans, they go on cruises with them to interact with them. The same tour 2 years straight, sold out stadiums. 1D is only popular because of media. You count the sales, they don't come close to BSB.

@Raegan I'm a #BackstreetSoldier from the #BackstreetArmy, I also love some of the 1D songs. I might not be a directioner, but at least I don't call myself 1 than go & say that they've been here since 2013...cuz I happen to know that they've been "here" 3 years before that lol & just because they're "new" as u say, doesn't mean that they will become old, let's just hope for ur sake, that they last as long as Backstreet Boys have lasted, making us, the TRUE fans happy :)

BSB isnt history they still excist for your info ;) always have they arent in the spotlight as they used to be(Thats gonna happen tot 1D to trust me, when theirs a new hot group in a couple of years maybe, then they will be pushed tot the background and the true fans stick with them and the rest hop over to a new group) but BSB is still together 22 years next month they are a big part of my life.
I've met them several times and they are so down tot earth and good tot their fans

I voted for One Direction! I can't believe people would choose a hard song over a soft and beautiful ballad. One Direction's "Gotta Be You" touched and still touches my heart, and it's only been a full day since I first heard it. That's right! I've known about One Direction since the day they became popular, but I've been hesitant at listening to all their songs (I used to only listen to What Makes You Beautiful; ooh, and I like both One Direction and Backstreet Boys' track of the same name). I've been broadening out since 2013, and I can officially say I'm a One Directioner. And guess what? I'm that kind of girl who was raised into the 20th-century entertainment and music stuff. So if you think that the music from 2000 to now is horrible, I can link you to a lot of songs that will make you reconsider your opinion. True, not all the music from nowadays is good, but there's always good with the bad. I mean, really! You're basically telling all the young songwriters that their music sucks, without even listening to it. What if you were a songwriter and posted your originals on YouTube? By the way, a lot of these new singers are also people who love the 20th-century music, so you're actually bashing people who share your music tastes.

BSB isnt history they still excist for your info ;) always have they arent in the spotlight as they used to be(Thats gonna happen tot 1D to trust me, when theirs a new hot group in a couple of years maybe, then they will be pushed tot the background and the true fans stick with them and the rest hop over to a new group) but BSB is still together 22 years next month they are a big part of my life.

I voted for One Direction! I can't believe people would choose a hard song over a soft and beautiful ballad. One Direction's "Gotta Be You" touched and still touches my heart, and it's only been a full day since I first heard it. That's right! I've known about One Direction since the day they became popular, but I've been hesitant at listening to all their songs (I used to only listen to What Makes You Beautiful; ooh, and I like both One Direction and Backstreet Boys' track of the same name). I've been broadening out since 2013, and I can officially say I'm a One Directioner. And guess what? I'm that kind of girl who was raised into the 20th-century entertainment and music stuff. So if you think that the music from 2000 to now is horrible, I can link you to a lot of songs that will make you reconsider your opinion. True, not all the music from nowadays is good, but there's always good with the bad. I mean, really! You're basically telling all the young songwriters that their music sucks, without even listening to it. What if you were a songwriter and posted your originals on YouTube? By the way, a lot of these new singers are also people who love the 20th-century music, so you're actually bashing people who share your music tastes.
