The Co-Op shouldn't even be an option on this poll! The staff, with a few exceptions, are incredibly rude (particularly Sharon). Instead of greeting customers, many of them appear disinterested and continue to talk to their colleagues or count money in the till while serving you.
The shop also gets very busy at lunchtimes and in the evenings, to which the staff seem completely oblivious, actually reducing the number of staff on the tills, sending them off to parade the aisles and stack shelves.
They also continue to employ various charities that block the exit and ask for your money as you leave.
Greggs bakery at the back of the co op is actually the hidden gem of this establishment.
