i voted "yes, what could go wrong". as a beahvioral neuroscientist, i feel it is my duty to experiment using this on as many people as possible and report the results to the TBGWT community. you're welcome.

I wouldn't use the product because it really doesn't really do anything. This product does nothing if you have any real issues going to sleep because the main ingredient is melatonin. You can spray the whole can on someone and they will not fall asleep unless they really were already trying to go to bed. And they will wake up as some as they are disturbed. I think this is another example of the placebo effect just like all other melatonin sleep studies. I think that preparing for bed in hour in advance is what is really causing people to rest more successfully. All Melatonin can do is reset your sleep cycle, it is not and activator of sleep. So it is only useful if you have jet lag or having to change the hours that your sleep.
