I am so proud to be a member of the SNP. I have always been proud of them. They show integrity, concern for those in need, intelligence when it comes to balancing the books and dont indulge in childish name-calling. The upsurge in support is great for Scotland but if they find they have power in Westminster too, then I am very happy for the rest of the UK.

The good people of Gordon require a full time mp should will look after there intrest not their own .Scotland is on the middle of a tug of war competion . The snp want a one party state under their control , the other side want a democratic country were free speach and thoughts are allowed . Good luck to Alex who is the second most capable politician in Scotland, after Nicola! He is a major force in politics and the people of Gordon are lucky to have such a substantial candidate standing in their area again. Salmond doesn't live in Gordon. He lives in Banff and Buchan. In fact, Christine Jardine is the only one of the main party candidates who lives in the seat. She was a SPAD for Nick Clegg, not for Cameron (technically, al SPADs work for the Prime Minister- shame you didn't bother checking.

I've caught out Jardine speaking unsubstantiated rubbish on Twitter several times, I'm not the biggest fan of Salmond but he's more likely to bring improvements to the area seeing the Lib Dems are likely to be a fairly weak voice at Westminster and the SNP are not only going to strong in Westminster but also are the SGovt. Christine Jardine has impressed me with her grasp of the issues affectig Gordon but more so with her determination which it would appear will pay off. Hard work on the hustings and meeting Gordon people is what counts not prima donna grandstanding.
