Where are land prices headed in the next year or two?

Land values will continue climbing, but at a slower rate than in 2012 and 2013.

We're settling into a period of flat prices. I don't expect values to rise in the next year or two.

There's going to be a drop in land values. Current crop prices aren't high enough to cover land costs, never mind the possibility of higher interest rates.
