No, college tuition expenses should be going towards the college students educations. Anything over 60k is an amazing salary. College students are paying a lot of money for a service and should be receiving said proper service from the money they are spending.
Examples:
1) Provide students with text books required for class.
2) Internet for both on and off campus students.
3) Transportation access to and from campus.
4) Relative course work and material to local job markets.
