Should school zone speed limit signs be changed?

I think it's safe to say we all want to make the streets safer, and the decision makers should be increasing signage and making signage larger. Also using flashing amber signals to warn the drivers of the school zones. It's true it's not about punishment it's about safety. The decision makers definitely see the revenue this is generating , I challenge them to make these changes and make the streets even safer, I think these changes would make a positive change.

Speed limit in school zones should be consistent for all school zones in Manitoba: 30km/h.
That way, there is no guessing as to what speed should be done. One set speed for school zones for the province.
For example, please have a look at British Columbia.

Everyone should get to their destination safely.
