I agree with the barb wire fence. It you demolish it and just put grass there its not going to stop the kids from partying. Also what a waste of money building it for not to mention whoever build their time and effort. I am 29 now skated for about have my life. If I didn't skate back when I was growing up who knows where I would of been.love life skate everything.

Instead of using regular chainlink, why doesn't the Park Board invest in the 1/2-1 inch chain link, and couple it with barbed wire at the top of the fence? Much cheaper option, and it doesn't punish the law abiding skateboarders who obviously need places like this one.

Rather than having the park destroyed. Build a wall to deflect or cancel out noise to the surrounding residencies.
