One question, how does this play into any othe. Plans for traffic calming in the neighbourhood? This is but one of the trouble spots in the area.

Even as a driver I wondered why there was not an all-way stop sign there. There are too many kids around to have cars speeding through that area.

Agree, current intersection confusing to most drivers driving north on logan as previous intersections are all 4 way stops.
