Robbie Neilson should win because he has done a marvellous job with the young team and bringing in the experienced players after what they went through the season before, considering this I his first managerial position, the players and the coaching staff all have a great respect for each other, and are all one when u watch the team playing there is some great football and knowing exactely where to pass the ball. Soi think Robbie Neilson should get the award he has been amazing .
