Toya Graham was not hitting her son out of anger; she was hitting him out of fear. Her main point was that she did not want him to become another casualty like Freddy Gray. Whether it's black-on-black crime or whether it's police brutality, for us, it is happening too much, and we, like Ms Graham, have the right to protect our children. She is a single mom of six, and having to raise children by being both a mother and father is hard enough. She knows what goes on in those streets, and her son and her daughters know how she fears for them-----EVERYDAY!!!! So she reacted when she saw him protesting. She is a good mom, and kudos to her. Some of these parents out here need to take a lesson from her.
