Which approach would you choose regarding a CLN?

I refuse to apply for a CLN because the law said I was not a citizen when I performed an expatriating act. It is immoral for the US to apply a retroactive law.

I will find a way to avoid getting a CLN by finding other financial institutions and/or ways to function regarding money. I simply cannot afford the risk and I do not trust the U.S. government.

I am too afraid to come forward for any reason.

I think people are making way too much of a big deal of this and will just go ahead; after all, many people have received backdated CLN's. Somebody will fix this problem before the IRS finds a way to impose this on me personally.

Nothing is going to happen. The IRS cannot touch my money outside the U.S.
