If it scrambles like an egg & tastes like an egg & is cheaper & healthier, would you replace chicken eggs with a plant-based egg?
Absolutely, If it's cheaper, more nutritious and tastes the same, why wouldn't it?
Not sure. I'm nervous and I don't even know why.
No, I'm a traditionalist and will stick with what I know even when it's more expensive and not as good for me.
