Pepsi has his POLL RIGGERS at PDN WORKING FULL FORCE to support his PAYLESS advertising Power and
to come out of the poll as winner, but in the meantime almost everyone on Guam already knows that he is the real crook and a criminal, stealing taxpayers money without asking the people!

I see the governor's Internet voting team pushed the totals to favor A.

How much $$$ will this cost the people guam?
Governor's ex-brother-in-law, atty smith, needs to pay HUD the money he received from his rental units back if that was against HUD's rules. Asking for legislative to bailout---have the people of guam pay for what atty smith has already pocketed---is wrong.
If the governor allowed GHURA to break HUD rules, then the governor needs to pay HUD too not the people of Guam.
Conflict of interest and corruption needs to stop!
