The federal govenment should not be providing handout to supplement repairs to your home damaged by storms. We live in a area where storms frequently occur. I am compationate regarding your circumstanses, but you should not depend on the Federal government for aide.
Seems to me the ones that are saying no are the ones that are asking for money. Huge amounts of money were given after the last big typhoon with many using that money to buy cars. You can fool the feds once, next time around they will be very tight with giving away free money.
No..need we say more? The government needs to appeal and fight for the people who lost their homes or had major damages. At least provide construction grants to build better, stronger homes.
No I do not think so because I am one of the individual that lost my home do to typhoon dolphin. For whatever reasons Obama does not want to help us the people of guam is something I do not understand. When it comes to other countries or places, guam always help even if we are a small island we contribute also. So why now that we need the help it is only businesses, agencies and whomever that receives the federal funds not us innocent people of guam who lost not only their houses, belongings but also their trust. To end this comment dangkolu na si yuus maase pot taya enayudumiyu. But kudus to Red Cross, Salvation Army and th guam housing corp with the help of the governor of guam for giving me and my fellow homeless people canopies for our shelter to with stand the heat and the rain....
