The NYBC should honor its ethical obligation to the chimpanzees in Liberia by donating whatever funds are necessary to take good and appropriate care of them for the rest of their lives. That includes good nutrition, enough calories, a good environment, etc. - whatever is necessary for an optimally healthy, proper, and stress-free life.

The NYBC should fulfill its moral obligation to the chimpanzees in Liberia by funding full rehbilitation of all the chimpanzees under the direction of independent experienced primate welfare specialists, such as Monkey World in England (other equally good rehab projects are available). The continuing care of the chimpanzees under such rehab should also be fully funded by NYBC.
