This makes me sick to hear this, I was an abused child. This story keeps me awake at night can't sleep.
My Vote is definitely yes. No child should have to endure that abuse.

i can't believe anyone would vote no to this poll. There is no excuse for this kind of abuse. If you hate the child there is so many ways to walk away from it. As sad as it is for a parent to abandon thier child this is down right sadistic and premeditated. Giving up your parental rights is a much better choice. These sick cowards should rot in prison and I only say that because we don't have the death penalty here
