Do you think Technology Agnosticism is important in software development?

Absolutely. In today's world, software should be accessible anywhere at any time.

It's nice to have, but there's something to be said for optimizing to a certain system.

For business products, yes. Otherwise, it's not that big a deal.

No way. Trying to make everything work on all platforms is a headache.
