  I agree with Peter, but I also agree on a federal level that you should not get a vote.
  I wanted to say "Yes", but if you're a Haligonian then you should be considered a Canadian ... right?

  I wish you could vote, but I'm not sure.

  Those who have chosen Canada usually make better, more engaged citizens than the average accidental Canadian.
