There is one particular well known builder here in Sudbury that I wouldn't purchase a condo from since having had friends that purchased a condo....for example hearing your neighbour in the next unit using washroom facilities, or a unit above....floor walking , and having a furnace installed in the master bedroom....they are known not for quality in building but in quantity. And cutting corners unless you have added upgrades and stand by each day to make sure those improvements were done.
To conjested and crowded, never enough storage roomand also to expensive...this isn't Totonto
