Wonderful article, Nate, about one of my very favorite salads! Summer is a great time to make it, ideally using a variety of colorful home-grown tomatoes. :-)

The Greeks make really good salad, though I've never seen Greek salad that looks like your photo. My favorite Greek salad is from Pizza My Heart, have you tried it? I also wish the Grreks wouldn't spend more than they make...
